These Terms of Service (« Agreement ») govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and booking services.
1. Service Description
Go Paris Transfer provides premium private chauffeur services (VTC – Véhicules de Tourisme avec Chauffeur) in Paris and Île-de-France, including:
- Airport transfers (Charles de Gaulle, Orly, Beauvais)
- Hotel pickups and drop-offs
- Disneyland Paris transfers
- Day trips and tours (Versailles, Normandy, Loire Valley)
- Business and event transportation
- Hourly chauffeur services
All transfers are conducted by licensed, professional chauffeurs in well-maintained, modern vehicles. Pricing is fixed at booking with no surge pricing, tolls, or hidden fees.
2. Booking & Acceptance of Terms
A. How to Book
- Complete our online booking form with accurate pickup/dropoff locations, date, time, passenger count, and contact details
- Select your vehicle type and confirm the fixed price
- Submit your booking via our website
- You will receive instant confirmation and driver details via email and WhatsApp
B. Booking Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from Go Paris Transfer with booking reference, driver name, vehicle details, and pickup instructions. You are responsible for ensuring all booking information is accurate.
C. Age Requirement
To book services, you must be at least 18 years old. By booking, you confirm you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.
3. Payment Terms
A. Pricing
- All prices quoted are in Euros (€) and are fixed at the time of booking
- Pricing is all-inclusive: no additional charges for tolls, parking, or waiting time (up to 60 minutes at airports)
- Prices do not include optional services (e.g., meet & greet, child seats) unless explicitly selected
B. Payment Options
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Bank transfer (for corporate clients)
- Payment upon transfer completion (for certain bookings)
C. Payment Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate payment information. If payment fails, your booking may be cancelled without refund. We use secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment processors and do not store credit card details on our servers.
D. Invoices & Receipts
Digital invoices are provided via email after transfer completion. Corporate clients can request custom invoicing arrangements.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
A. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup
- 50% refund: Between 12-24 hours before pickup
- No refund: Less than 12 hours before pickup
- No-show: If you are not at the pickup location at the scheduled time, the full booking fee is non-refundable
B. How to Cancel
To cancel, email bookings@goparistransfer.com or WhatsApp +33 7 59 90 49 23 with your booking reference. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
C. Service Changes
If we are unable to provide your booked service due to circumstances beyond our control (extreme weather, traffic accidents, vehicle breakdown), we will:
- Provide alternative transportation if available
- Offer a full refund or credit for future bookings
- Notify you as soon as possible
5. Passenger Responsibilities & Conduct
A. Passenger Conduct
Passengers agree to:
- Be punctual at the scheduled pickup location
- Be ready with luggage and travel documents
- Respect the driver and vehicle at all times
- Not smoke, eat (except water), or consume alcohol in the vehicle
- Not play loud music or disturb other passengers
- Comply with driver safety instructions
B. Unacceptable Behavior
Go Paris Transfer reserves the right to cancel a transfer without refund if a passenger:
- Is intoxicated or under the influence of drugs
- Uses profanity, harassment, or abusive language toward the driver
- Engages in violent or illegal behavior
- Damages the vehicle or property
- Violates French law or public decency standards
C. Luggage & Belongings
Go Paris Transfer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged luggage or personal belongings. Please keep valuables with you at all times. Any items left in the vehicle will be held for 30 days before disposal.
6. Vehicle & Safety Standards
A. Vehicle Condition
- All vehicles are modern (2015 or newer) Mercedes-Benz or equivalent luxury sedans/vans
- Vehicles are professionally maintained, inspected monthly, and insured
- Climate control, WiFi, and USB charging are available (where applicable)
B. Driver Qualifications
- All drivers hold valid French VTC licenses (EVTC registration)
- Background checks and driving record verification conducted annually
- Professional training in customer service and safety
- Fluent in English (minimum requirement)
C. Safety Protocols
- Seat belts required for all passengers
- Child seats provided free of charge for infants/small children
- GPS tracking for your safety and security
- Real-time flight monitoring for airport transfers
7. Limitation of Liability
A. Service Limitations
Go Paris Transfer provides transportation services only. We are not responsible for:
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Lost luggage or missed connections (unless caused by our driver’s negligence)
- Weather-related delays (traffic, accidents, road closures)
- Injuries or illnesses during travel (unless caused by driver negligence)
- Parking tickets or traffic violations incurred by passengers
B. Our Insurance
All vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance (liability, collision, comprehensive). In case of an accident, a claim can be filed with our insurance provider. Passengers are required to provide their details and a description of the incident.
C. Your Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Go Paris Transfer, its owners, employees, and drivers from any claims, damages, or costs arising from:
- Your breach of these terms
- Your misuse of the service
- Your violation of applicable laws
- Any injury or property damage caused by your actions
8. Dispute Resolution & Complaints
A. Filing a Complaint
If you have a complaint about our service:
- Email complaints@goparistransfer.com within 30 days of the incident
- Include your booking reference, date, and detailed description of the issue
- Include photographs or evidence (if applicable)
- We will investigate and respond within 14 days
B. Resolution Process
- Minor issues (late arrival, cleanliness): credit for future booking or partial refund
- Serious issues (accident, driver misconduct): full refund + compensation per French law
- If unresolved, disputes may proceed to mediation or French consumer court
C. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law and the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France. However, you may also pursue remedies through your local consumer protection agency.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on goparistransfer.com (text, images, logos, design, software) is the exclusive property of Go Paris Transfer or its licensors. You may not:
- Reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without written permission
- Use our logos or branding in any way without authorization
- Scrape or data-mine our website
- Reverse-engineer our booking software
Limited personal use (viewing, downloading for non-commercial purposes) is permitted.
10. Disclaimers
A. « As-Is » Service
Go Paris Transfer services are provided « as-is » without warranties. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted service availability
- Error-free website operation
- Specific arrival times (though we aim for precise timing)

C. Medical Conditions

11. Accessibility & Special Services

- Child seats: Free infant carriers, car seats, and booster seats
