Making a Booking
How do I book a transfer?
Two ways — both take about a minute:
- WhatsApp (fastest): message us on +33 7 59 90 49 23 with your details. We usually confirm within minutes.
- Booking form: complete the form on our booking page.
Either way, send us: pickup address or terminal, destination, date & time, flight number (if arriving), number of passengers, and luggage.
Do I need to pay in advance?
No prepayment required. You pay your driver directly on the day of the transfer — in cash or by card.
You don’t leave a deposit, you don’t hand over card details online, and nothing is charged before the journey.
How quickly will I get a confirmation?
Usually within minutes over WhatsApp during the day. Your confirmation includes your fixed price, pickup time and driver contact details.
For airport pickups, we also send meeting-point instructions before you travel.
Can I book at short notice?
Yes, subject to availability. WhatsApp is the fastest way for a last-minute transfer — send us your details and we’ll tell you straight away whether we can cover it.
Prices & Payment
How much does a transfer cost?
Every route has a fixed, all-inclusive price — you know the total before you book. Our most common routes:

Are there any hidden fees or extra charges?
No. The price you’re quoted is the price you pay. It already includes:
- Flight tracking and waiting time after landing
- Meet & greet in the arrivals hall
- Luggage assistance
- A baby or child seat on request
- Tolls and motorway charges
The only time a price would change is if you change the booking — for example adding an extra stop or a different destination. We’d always agree that with you first.
What payment methods do you accept?
You pay the driver on the day, by cash or card. Whichever suits you — just let us know when booking if you have a preference.
Is the price the same in both directions?
Yes — a return leg costs the same as the outbound. Booking both directions at once is the easiest way to lock in your departure transfer too.
Flights & Meeting Your Driver
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing, on your side. We track your flight in real time. If it’s delayed, your driver adjusts automatically and waits for you.
Waiting is free for up to 60 minutes after you land — no extra charge, and no need to call or message us.
Where do I meet the driver at the airport?
Your driver waits inside the arrivals hall of your terminal, holding a name board with your name on it.
We send the exact meeting point before your transfer, so you know precisely where to go once you clear customs. No hunting through car parks, no phone calls in a busy hall.
Which airports and terminals do you cover?
All three Paris airports, every terminal:
- Charles de Gaulle (CDG) — Terminal 1, 2A–2G, Terminal 3
- Orly (ORY) — Orly 1, 2, 3 and 4
- Beauvais-Tillé (BVA)
We also handle inter-airport transfers (e.g. CDG ⇄ Orly).
Do you drop off at Disneyland Paris hotels?
Yes — door to door, to any hotel in the resort. Disneyland Hotel, Newport Bay Club, Sequoia Lodge, Hotel New York, Davy Crockett Ranch, plus all partner hotels (B&B, Explorers, Val d’Europe) and the Disney Village.

Vehicles, Luggage & Children
How many passengers and bags fit in each vehicle?

Travelling with a lot of luggage, a pushchair or sports equipment? Tell us when booking and we’ll assign the right vehicle. Larger groups (9–24) are covered with combined vehicles.
Is a baby or child seat included?
Yes — free of charge. Just tell us your children’s ages when you book and the correct seat will be fitted and ready when you arrive.
No extra fee, and no need to carry your own seat through the airport.
Will the driver help with my luggage?
Always. Your driver loads and unloads every bag — including the awkward ones. It’s part of the service, not an extra.
Cancellations & Changes
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
Since there’s no prepayment, cancelling costs you nothing — just message us on WhatsApp and we’ll take care of it.
What if my flight time changes?
Send us the new flight number or time on WhatsApp and we’ll re-plan your pickup around it — at no extra cost.
Do you operate at night and early morning?
Yes — 24/7, including very early departures and late-night arrivals. There is no night surcharge: a 4am pickup costs the same fixed price as a midday one.
