Are baby seats and booster seats free?
The first two baby, child or booster seats combined are free per booking, on request. Each additional seat costs €10. Tell us each child’s age and the type of seat needed.
Can we bring suitcases and a pushchair?
Yes, subject to vehicle capacity. Send the number and size of your suitcases, pushchairs and bulky items before booking, especially when travelling with 8 passengers.
Can you take us back to Gare du Nord for our return Eurostar?
Yes. Round-trip base fares are €190 in Eco, €240 in Mercedes VIP for 1–7 passengers and €260 in Mercedes VIP for 8 passengers. Provide your return train departure time and the recommended station arrival time shown on your ticket. We plan the pickup with a traffic margin.
Is there a night surcharge?
Yes. Pickups between 22:00 and 04:59 carry a €30 surcharge per journey. If both journeys of a round trip fall within these hours, the total night surcharge is €60.
Is there a short-notice booking fee?
A €30 short-notice fee applies per booking when pickup is less than 12 hours away. This is separate from the night surcharge and is included in the total when applicable.

Book online or send your train details, hotel address, passenger count, luggage and child-seat needs on WhatsApp. We confirm your request after checking availability. Pay your driver by cash or card, unless an advance payment is agreed for your booking.
